Description
The centrifugal slurry pump is designed and manufactured for use in highly abrasive environments in mining and mineral processing under severe conditions. The pump is designed for pumping liquids containing dense abrasives, sand, coal, marble dust and heavy metal particles, as well as for feeding large-sized solid and fibrous inclusions.
The pump has various impeller designs depending on the properties of the pumped liquid:
- Single-leaf/multi-leaf non-clogging type
- Open type with front wear plate
- Vortex type
- Screw type impellers.
The pumps have a number of advantages:
- Drilling pumps have a hydraulic design without a liner.
- The pumps have a design with a flow guide called a liner, defined as a volute in the hydraulic sense, and two semi-bodies connected to it on the side of the radial separation plane.
- Thanks to the high-performance hydraulic design, its service life is extended, and the pump itself is made of high-performance hard alloy, resistant to abrasion, which provides significant savings in operation and maintenance.
- The working part of the pump covers a very wide range of hydraulics with many design and hydraulic design options. Thanks to its modular design, it ensures a minimum number of spare parts and minimum inventory costs.
- There is a wide range of material options depending on operating conditions and demand.
- Structurally, it has wide adjustment, maintenance and repair capabilities.
