Description
Gear pumps are used mainly for pumping liquids without solid inclusions, such as oils, bitumen, adhesives, resins, fats, etc., with a viscosity of up to 700 cSt and a temperature of up to 240° (Special design). Structurally, they are made on a plate with a connection to the engine via a coupling. Equipped with single-phase (220 V) and three-phase (380 V) motors.
Pumps have three versions
- Pump body is made of cast iron, shaft and gears are made of steel
- Pump body is bronze, shaft and gears are made of AISI 316 steel
- Pump body, shaft and gears are made of AISI 316 steel
Equipped with two types of seals
- Gland packing
- Mechanical seal (Viton)
Inlet and outlet pipes have the same diameters. All GBC series pumps are self-priming. Equipped with 220 V motors. and 380v.
Special version
- High-temperature version
- Equipped with a bypass valve
- Special mechanical seals
- Radiator cooling
- Reversible pump version
- Version with frequency converter
- ATEX explosion protection
- Version with gearbox, variator
- With 12v or 24v engine.
