APF series gear pumps are monoblock type devices designed for pumping lubricating fluids - oils, bitumen, glue, resins, fats. The viscosity of the working fluid should not exceed 600 cSt, the temperature - not higher than 240 degrees.
The main feature of the device is the monoblock design: the engine and the working chamber are connected directly to each other. The pump can be equipped with a single- or three-phase motor.
The manufacturer offers several options for gear devices:
- With a cast iron body, steel shaft and gears.
- Bronze body, steel shaft and gears.
- All structural elements are made of steel.
Gland packing or Viton can be used as a seal.
The special gear model differs from the standard version by the presence of a bypass valve in the kit, special mechanical seals and a cooling radiator. In addition, the device is equipped with an explosion-proof system, a gearbox or a variator. When purchasing, you can choose a model with a 12 or 24 V engine. Another advantage of the special version of the gear pump is its reversible design.
