Description
Double-entry pumps with a closed impeller are designed to pump clean liquids containing abrasive particles up to 0.1 mm in size, with a concentration of up to 0.2% and a temperature of up to 90 °C. They are used in water supply and heat supply, in fire extinguishing systems
- the suction and discharge flanges comply with EN 1092-2 PN 16 or PN 25.
- the suction and discharge flanges are located on the same axis in the lower part of the casing. The pumps can be divided into two parts in the horizontal plane.
- Due to these characteristics, when it is necessary to remove the rotor assembly for maintenance and repair, it is not necessary to disconnect the pump from the pipeline.
- The pump blades have double suction. This feature increases the suction capacity of the pump and ensures the balancing of axial hydraulic forces.
- The pump impellers have been balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 class 6.3.
- Sealing is provided by a soft seal. An additional mechanical seal can be applied on request.
- In standard production, the direction of rotation of the pump is clockwise, when viewed from the motor side.
- On request, the direction of rotation can be manufactured in the counter-clockwise direction. In this case, the location of the suction and discharge flanges will change.
