Description
Centrifugal monoblock pumps are made of cast iron with flange connection with direct connection to the engine. Centrifugal monoblock pumps are designed for pumping clean liquids containing abrasive particles up to 0.1 mm in size, concentration up to 0.2%. temperature up to 140 °C. Monoblock pumps are used in water supply and heat supply, in fire extinguishing systems, in agriculture.
Design of monoblock pumps
- Single-stage monoblock centrifugal pumps with a closed impeller with direct connection to the engine
- Dimensions of the housing comply with TS standards EN 733.
- Sealed ball bearings that do not require maintenance.
- Shaft sealing is mechanical or gland seal, as necessary and depending on the type of pumped liquid
- Dimensions of non-standard models may differ from models of other manufacturers.
- Suction and discharge flanges comply with EN 1092-2 / Ru 16.
- Due to the removable rear design, the bearing group, bearing seals, pump shaft and impeller can be replaced without separating the working part of the pump from the pipelines
- All impellers are dynamically balanced according to ISO requirements
- Axial force is balanced by the rear compensation ring / balancing of the hole system.
